As we blow out the candles on our birthday cake, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to the incredible people who have played a significant role in our journey – our dedicated team and loyal guests.

To the amazing teams across our six luxury spa destinations and head office, we owe our deepest gratitude for your unwavering dedication and commitment to training and service excellence. Each one of you has contributed in your own unique way to support our Stephanies philosophy of embracing new technology, respecting ancient rituals and stepping away from the ordinary to create breath taking spa experiences, and for this we are incredibly grateful.

Individually, and as a team you have gone above and beyond to connect with our guests with authenticity, integrity and respect. Your creativity, passion, and commitment to unsurpassed guest service and unparalleled spa therapy has earned us our reputation for excellence in the spa and wellness industry. 

We have built a team that is more like a family, supporting and uplifting one another. We play homage to our team, both past and present; the extraordinary people who make the brand Stephanies. 

This year we celebrate Ivan, from Stephanies Spa Retreat who has been with the Stephanies brand for 10 years. We wanted to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for your exceptional contribution to the team. Your commitment to excellence is an inspiration to everyone around you. As we are sure your devoted followers would agree, not only has your knowledge delivered outstanding results in treatments, but you also create a positive and motivating work environment for your peers. Your willingness to support your team, mentor, and share your knowledge is admirable. 

With a team of over 80 now at Stephanies, we have delighted in watching and supporting the growth of our people. From our beautiful, nurturing Sonya at Stephanies Ocean Spa celebrating 12 years, to the ever so creative, vivacious style guru Victoria, at our Stephanies Vintage Spa Gift Shop who celebrates 14 years this year, and Sascha a truly inspiration leader and mentor in our business celebrating her 5 year milestone... we are truly humbled that you have dedicated so much to our vision and to our brand story.
