Terms and Conditions

Eligibility


• The competition is open to all residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Stephanies Luxury Spas, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter.

Competition Period


• The Scratch & Win competition runs from 1st July 2024 to 31st July 2025.

• All Scratch & Win tickets must be redeemed by 31st July 2025.

Entry and Participation


• Entry is obtained through receiving a Scratch & Win ticket, available at all Stephanies Luxury Spas locations.

• Each transaction made at a Stephanies Luxury Spa location for the period of the campaign will be given a Scratch & Win ticket.

Prizes and Redemption


• Scratch & Win tickets reveal various offers and discounts applicable to services and products at Stephanies Luxury Spas.

• All offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or spa pass.

• Offers are not redeemable for cash.

• Winners must present and forfeit their winning Scratch & Win ticket at the time of booking or purchase to redeem the offer.

Validity


• Scratch & Win tickets are valid from the date of issue until 31st July 2025.

• Any unused tickets or offers will become void after 31st July 2025.

Conditions of Use


• Offers must be redeemed in accordance with the specific terms and conditions stated on the Scratch & Win ticket.

• Stephanies Luxury Spas reserves the right to refuse any ticket that appears to have been tampered with, duplicated, or altered.

Privacy


• Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with Stephanies Luxury Spas’ privacy policy.

Liability


• Stephanies Luxury Spas accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries or claims.

• Stephanies Luxury Spas will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of a participant's redemption of any prize.

Modification and Termination


• Stephanies Luxury Spas reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• In the event of termination, Stephanies Luxury Spas will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the participants.

Governing Regulations


• These terms and conditions are governed by the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR) QLD in which Stephanies Luxury Spas operates.
