Spa Memberships must be prepaid (either in spa or online) and used within one year of date of purchase
Spa Memberships can be placed on hold for a period of up to three months upon approval from Stephanies head office
Spa Memberships are redeemable on Stephanies treatment services only (and exclude retail and Spa Gift Card Purchase
Stephanies cancellation policy applies for all bookings made
Spa Memberships are non-transferable (to another person or group), non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
Spa Memberships exclude spa cuisine or third-party services to Stephanies
Stephanies FREE Spa Gift Card promotion have a validity of 12 months only
