LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

DEFINITIONS

 

Anniversary means 12 months from

1.         a Member’s Join Date OR

2.         the date that Member changed tiers, whichever date is the later.

Effective Date states active date

Join Date refers to the date a Member joins Stephanies® Loyalty Program.

Member refers to any individuals who signs up to the Stephanies® Loyalty Program.

Member Emails refer to emails that are sent from Stephanies® to a Member including emails about the individual’s membership, Stephanies® Loyalty Program, special offers, discounts, competitions and events.

Terms & Conditions Terms & Conditions as found at www.stephanies.com.au may be amended from time to time.

Stephanies®  Stephanies® Spa Lounge Pty Ltd ABN 57 166 680 655 its related entities and its authorised representatives.

Stephanies® Loyalty Card the membership card (either physical or virtual) issued by Stephanies® to a Member or where no card is issued, the Member login allocated to the Member.

Stephanies® Loyalty Program the loyalty program operated by Stephanies® providing Members with access to Rewards in accordance with these Member Terms and Conditions.

MOTO Order (Mail Order Telephone Order) an online order placed on behalf of a Member by Stephanies® staff.

Rewards Rewards or other benefits given to Members as a consequence of purchasing behaviours, incentives and/or promotions.

12 Month Spend Balance a Member’s cumulative spend refers to all valid purchases (excluding Gift card purchases) in the previous 12 months, after all discounts and product returns etc have been applied.

Tier Spend Balance a Member’s cumulative spend refers to all valid purchases (excluding Gift card purchases) whilst they are a member of a tier. Valid spend from transactions made in spa are added to a Member’s Tier Balance on the day that the transaction was made and Valid Spend from transactions made online or through MOTO are added to the Member’s Tier Balance on the day the order is dispatched (not made).

Valid Purchases all purchases except gift cards, shipping and selected merchandise which Stephanies® determines will not be eligible to earn Rewards. Any product purchases which are returned will not constitute as a Valid Purchase.

 

GENERAL

  • The Member Terms and Conditions document the operation of Stephanies® Loyalty Program, the use of Stephanies® Loyalty Card, and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of Stephanies® Loyalty Program
  • Membership of Stephanies® Loyalty Program is for individuals only. Membership is personal to you only. Rewards cannot be pooled and are not transferrable. Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other entities are not eligible to participate in Stephanies® Loyalty Program.
  • Stephanies® Loyalty Program Rewards cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
  • Stephanies® Loyalty Program is available at all Stephanies® spas. To view a current list of spas, visit stephanies.com.au
  • Individuals who join Stephanies® Loyalty Program agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
  • Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by Stephanies®.
  • Stephanies® will not accept any liability for any Member Email that is misdirected, lost or not received.
  • Stephanies® may collect personal information from Members for the purpose of facilitating Stephanies® Loyalty Program. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988, please refer to Stephanies® privacy policy at stephanies.com.au
  • Stephanies® reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend Stephanies® Loyalty Program or any aspect of it at any time and without notice.

 

MEMBERSHIP

  • Membership of Stephanies® Loyalty Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older with a unique email address.
  • An individual becomes a Member as at the Join Date.
  • As a client of Stephanies® you will be automatically enrolled, you have option to unsubscribe at any time, at which point you will not get any email correspondence from us. An individual may choose to update their Member Profile at any time by visiting the www.stephanies.com.au. It is the Member’s responsibility to update their Member Profile including their email, birthday and phone.
  • Upon joining Stephanies® Loyalty Program, a Member will be allocated to a Program tier on the basis of the transaction spend that qualified them to apply for membership. Details of the tiers are outlined below.
  • Stephanies® reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a Member’s account to Stephanies® Loyalty Program without notice or reason and at its discretion.
  • A Member may end their membership at any time by contacting Stephanies® Head Office and Reservations team on 1300 329 772 or by email to reservations@stephanies.com.au
  • Individuals consent to Stephanies® contacting them to provide them with consumer or marketing information and notifying them of Rewards or other products and special offers.

EARNING REWARDS

  • Stephanies® Loyalty Program operates by attributing Rewards (as nominated by Stephanies® from time to time) to the various tiers of the Program.
  • Members are allocated to tiers on the basis of their Spend Balance and Tier Spend Balance.
  • When a Member completes a transaction and identifies themselves as a Stephanies® Loyalty member, the amount of the Valid Purchase is automatically added to their Spend Balance and Tier Spend Balance.When a Member completes a transaction online on the website and identifies themselves by logging into their online Member account, the amount of the Valid Purchase is added to their Spend Balance and Tier Spend Balance on the day after the order is dispatched, not at the time of order placement.
  • Where a Valid Purchase is made in spa, Rewards will be issued based on the day the order is made in store and loaded onto the Member’s account within 24 hours after the Valid Purchase is made.
  • The currency in which Rewards are earned will be in AUD
  • Stephanies® will endeavour to notify the Member via email when the Member is entitled to a Reward or changes to a different tier in the Loyalty Program.
  • Stephanies® may update a Member account with a Reward as a consequence of a purchasing behaviour, incentive and/or promotional activities.
  • Rewards cannot be transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Rewards cannot be earned using other Rewards as part of the transaction.
  • If a Membership is terminated from Stephanies® Loyalty Program, all outstanding and future Rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.
  • When a Member returns a purchase or an online order is cancelled, any attributed voucher received will be deemed null and void.
  • Members can view their Rewards at any time by logging into their account online on the Website.

 

STEPHANIES® REWARDS & TIER STRUCTURE

 

WELCOME Status: members whose Spend Balance is $499 or less.

NURTURE Status: Members whose Spend Balance is $500 or more, but less than $1999.

INSPIRE Status: Members whose Spend Balance is $2000 or more.

  • A Member may move at any time to a higher tier in Stephanies® Loyalty Program when that Member’s Tier Spend Balance qualifies them to move to the higher tier.
  • On each Member’s Anniversary, a Member’s status will be determined by the Member’s Tier Spend Balance and the Member will, depending on the Member’s Tier Spend Balance, either retain their Member Status or be moved down to a different tier. The Member’s status will then remain in that tier until the next Anniversary unless the Member’s Spend Balance qualifies the Member to move to a higher tier.
  • If at any time a Member’s status changes resulting in the Member changing tiers, the Member’s Tier Spend Balance reverts to zero dollars. A Member’s Tier Spend balance from the previous tier does not carry over to the Member’s new Tier Spend Balance.

 

MEMBER STATUS

Members with ‘WELCOME Status’ are eligible to receive the following Rewards:

 

1.          All Member status Rewards which will expire 30 days after issue unless otherwise indicated.

2.         $10 Reward when they spend $150-$349: 

a.         Members must spend between $150 and $349 in total in one day on a Valid Purchase after all Rewards have been redeemed and all discounts have been applied in order to receive the $10 Reward.

b.         Reward expires 30 days after date of issue.

3.         $20 Reward when they spend $350 : 

a.         Members must spend $350 or more in one day on a Valid Purchase after all Rewards have been redeemed and all discounts have been applied in order to receive the $20 Reward only ($10 Reward spend bonus and $20 Reward are NOT cumulated)

b.         Reward expires 30 days after date of issue.

4.         $10 Reward for First Online Purchase: $10 Reward is issued 24 hours after dispatch of a Member’s first online purchase on the website. The Reward expires 30 days after date of issue and is for use on a future online transaction.

5.         $10 Birthday Reward: $10 Birthday Reward is issued once every 12 months, 14 days prior to the Member’s birthday. The Member must have entered a valid date of birth in their Member Profile prior to their birthday in order to receive this Reward. The Birthday Reward expires 30 days after date of issue

6.         Exclusive Events: access to the latest collections, promotions and sales through Member Emails.

 

NURTURE STATUS

Members with ‘Nurture Status’ are eligible to receive the following Rewards:

 

1.          All Nurture status Rewards which will expire 60 days after issue unless otherwise indicated.

2.         $10 Reward when they spend $150-$349: 

a.         Members must spend between $150 and $349 in total in one day on a Valid Purchase after all Rewards have been redeemed and all discounts have been applied in order to receive the $10 Reward.

b.         Reward expires 60 days after date of issue.

3.         $20 Reward when they spend $350 : 

a.         Members must spend $350 or more in one day on a Valid Purchase after all Rewards have been redeemed and all discounts have been applied in order to receive the $20 Reward only. ($10 Reward spend bonus and $20 Reward are NOT cumulated)

b.         Reward expires 60 days after date of issue.

4.         $10 Reward for First Online Purchase: $10 Reward is issued 24 hours after dispatch of a Member’s first online purchase on the website. The Reward expires 60 days after date of issue and is for use on a future online transaction.

5.         $25 Birthday Reward: $25 Birthday Reward is issued once every 12 months, 14 days prior to the Member’s birthday. The Member must have entered a valid date of birth in their Member Profile prior to their birthday in order to receive this Reward. The Birthday Reward expires 60 days after date of issue

6.         Exclusive Events: access to the latest collections, promotions and sales through Member Emails.

7.         Free Shipping: Free shipping is only available within Australia.

 

INSPIRE STATUS

Members with ‘Inspire Status’ are eligible to receive the following Rewards:

 

1.         All Inspire status Rewards which will expire 90 days after issue unless otherwise indicated.

2.         $10 Reward when they spend $150-$349: 

a.         Members must spend between $150 and $349 in total in one day on a Valid Purchase after all Rewards have been redeemed and all discounts have been applied in order to receive the $10 Reward.

b.         Reward expires 90 days after date of issue.

3.         $20 Reward when they spend $350 : 

a.         Members must spend $350 or more in one day on a Valid Purchase after all Rewards have been redeemed and all discounts have been applied in order to receive the $20 Reward. ($10 Reward spend bonus and $20 Reward are NOT cumulated)

b.         Reward expires 90 days after date of issue.

4.         $10 Reward for First Online Purchase: $10 Reward is issued 24 hours after dispatch of a Member’s first online purchase on the website. The Reward expires 90 days after date of issue and is for use on a future online transaction.

 

5.        $50 Birthday Reward: $50 Birthday Reward is issued once every 12 months, 14 days prior to the Member’s birthday. The Member must have entered a valid date of birth in their Member Profile prior to their birthday in order to receive this Reward. The Birthday Reward expires 90 days after date of issue

6.         Exclusive Events: access to the latest collections, promotions and sales through Member Emails;

7.          Free Shipping: Free shipping is only available within Australia.

8.         Surprise & Delight Gifts Members will be notified of available gifts and discounts via Member Emails

 

 

REDEMPTION OF REWARDS

  • Rewards are redeemable across all Stephanies® spa locations.
  • Rewards will be sent by email to the Members nominated email account.
  • Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise indicated.
  • Rewards cannot be redeemed against purchases of gift cards or memberships.
  • All Rewards have an expiry date listed with the Reward, at which point they will no longer be available for redemption.
  • Only Rewards from one Stephanies® Loyalty Program can be redeemed per transaction.
  • Stephanies® reserves the right to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Rewards.
