Terms and Conditions:

Spa treatments that are booked with accommodation must be redeemed at the same time.
Treatments cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Stephanies® reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Any special dietary requirements to be notified at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Day spa public holiday Surcharge charge:
Any spa lodge packages redeemed on a Public Holiday will incur a surcharge fee. Ultimate Rejuvenation, fee of $36 per couple, Wellbeing fee of $20 per couple and Mountain Escape fee of $20 per couple, this fee will be charge directly at the spa at time of visit.
