You'll be shown to a tranquil changing area where you can change into a plush robe and slippers. During your treatment, you'll be professionally draped for privacy and comfort. Your therapist will communicate throughout to ensure your comfort level with pressure and temperature. After your treatment, you'll have time to relax, enjoy refreshments, and ease back into your day. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your first visit to complete paperwork and settle in.

What do I wear to a spa treatment?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to and from the spa, as you'll want to feel relaxed before and after your treatment. For the treatment itself, you'll disrobe to your comfort level - most guests undress completely for body treatments and massages, as therapists are trained in professional draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort throughout. You'll be provided with a robe and disposable undergarments if needed. For facial treatments, you'll typically remain clothed from the waist down.
