My Spa Rewards Terms & Conditions

Each application for membership of the Stephanies® My Spa Rewards program is subject to acceptance by Stephanies® in its absolute discretion.

 

  • Stephanies My Spa Rewards membership is only activated after you log onto the rewards website and have accepted the terms and conditions.
  • Membership of Stephanies® My Spa Rewards is for individuals only. Membership is personal to you and your immediate family. Card and/or points, spa dollars balance cannot be pooled or shared with others outside your immediate family. Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other entities are not eligible to participate in the Stephanies® My Spa Rewards program.
  • A Stephanies® My Spa Rewards program member can only hold one Stephanies® My Spa Rewards card.
  • Ownership of your card remains with Stephanies®, and we reserve the right to terminate membership without notice and without reason.
  • For each $1.00 you spend you get the website advertised point(s). You need to produce your card at the time of purchase to get spa dollars. You will earn spa dollars on purchases of all products, services, purchases from the Stephanies® online store and gift card/voucher purchases. You do not earn spa dollars on purchases made with your Rewards Voucher.
  • Spa rewards will only be issued on payments with cash or credit/debit cards
  • Stephanies® My Spa Rewards spa dollars cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
  • Stephanies® may also, from time to time, offer bonus points on terms set by Stephanies® in its absolute discretion.
  • When you reach a predetermined amount of spa dollars you will be emailed a Stephanies® My Spa Rewards voucher to spend on your next visit within the following 60 days. Stephanies® My Spa Rewards vouchers cannot be used for purchases from the Stephanies® online store or the purchase of gift cards or retail products. Stephanies® My Spa Rewards vouchers can only be used for the purchase of services from the current Spa menu. Stephanies® My Spa Rewards vouchers will not be accepted if disfigured or photocopied and will not be replaced if lost. Stephanies® My Spa Rewards vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
  • Stephanies® My Spa Rewards are available at all Stephanies® spas. To view a current list of spas at any time, please visit stephanies.com.au
  • When you present your card to obtain points, you also have a chance to win an instant prize reward. Only the registered cardholder can claim Stephanies® My Spa Rewards and you are required to present your card when claiming. Stephanies® My Spa Rewards must be claimed within 90 days. Stephanies® My Spa Rewards cannot be exchanged for other products or cash.
  • Spa points expire automatically after 6 months.
  • Refunds will only be provided for purchases made using a Stephanies® My Spa Rewards card in accordance with the Stephanies® refund policy. In the event of a refund, any Stephanies® My Spa Rewards spa dollars earned for the original purchase will be deducted from the Stephanies® My Spa Rewards card, and if purchased using a redeemed Stephanies® My Spa Rewards voucher, the proportion of the purchase using this voucher will not be deducted from the Stephanies® My Spa Rewards card.
  • By accepting membership, you agree to these terms and conditions and any variation. You also agree to provide Stephanies® with any change to your contact details.
  • Stephanies® reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Stephanies® My Spa Rewards program at any time without prior notice. Stephanies® is not obliged to give any consideration for spa dollars earned at that time.
  • All these rules (including the rules as to spa dollars required to receive a Rewards voucher and voucher validity and redemption) are subject to change without notice at Stephanies® discretion.
  • Special privileges and exclusive offers are subject to these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions notified with the special privileges and exclusive offers.
  • If you loose your card or it is damaged, you are to notify Stephanies® as soon as possible. Any participating Stephanies® store will replace the card and your spa dollars will be transferred to your new card. Stephanies® reserves the right to charge for replacement cards if you have sought an unreasonable number of replacement cards.
