Very relaxing. Especially the shoulder massage. I enjoyed the steam + mask facial treatment especially. My skin feels great! I really enjoyed the products too

Was amazing as always. Only feedback would be the face part of the massage bed has a metal plate - my nose + mouth was pushed against it while I was face down.
