About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Beauty Therapist to join our Urban Spa team in Bulimba on a casual basis. This is a wonderful opportunity for a therapist who values flexibility, professional development and working within a supportive, growth-focused team.
What You'll Do
- Perform facials, body treatments, massage and nail therapies to the Stephanies® standard
- Conduct personalised skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Maintain treatment rooms to the highest hygiene and presentation standards
- Build genuine guest relationships through exceptional care and follow-up
- Participate in regular training and workshops at Stephanies Collective
- Support retail goals by recommending Skin Editions™ products with confidence
What You'll Bring
- Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- A genuine passion for skincare, wellness and guest care
- Strong communication skills and a professional, warm demeanour
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Nice to Have
- Experience in a luxury or boutique spa environment
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or specialist skin qualifications
- Familiarity with professional skincare ranges
