Last week we were faced with some saddening news about our spa which has come as quite a shock to us. The Sofitel hotel entered into an agreement to support humanitarian efforts last month. We have since been advised that the hotel have gone into a contract with QLD Health to now move the hotel across to a quarantine hotel, effective immediately.
Stephanies® is an independent business to the Sofitel and as such is unable to accommodate your booking at Stephanies® Spa Retreat, until which time the hotel returns to normal operations, and we can gain access back into our spa.
We want to assure you that we are here to take care of you and your booking with us. We would love to accommodate you at another of our beautiful Stephanies® spa destinations where you will receive the same level of service and the same level of inclusions.
