Puffy Eyes – Place two teaspoons in the freezer for 15mins. Once they are nice and cold place them over your eyes for 2-5 minutes. This increase microcirculation around the orbital area of the eyes helping to move excess fluid. Gentle outward pressing movements over the eyes also creates a mini lymph drainage result.
Dry scalp – Organic coconut oil has many benefits inside and outside our bodies. On dry hair use 2 tablespoons of the coconut oil directly onto the scalp and massage in. Tie hair up into a bun and leave for 20mins or overnight. Wash and condition hair as normal.

Perfect Eyebrows – Don’t tweeze or attempt to wax your own brows. Allow them grow out for a month and let our therapists tint and wax them to create your perfect shape to frame your face. Maintain your eyebrows in between spa visits by using Jane Iredales Bitty brow kit; brow powder and soft setting sheen wax to guarantee your brows to always be on point.
Dry / Flakey Body – Daily body brushing helps to slough off dead skin cells and smooth out rough patches on the drier areas. It also stimulates the lymph system to help detoxify excess fluid and toxins. Weekly salt and oil scrubs before showing will dramatically smooth your body and leave you feeling hydrated and refreshed. TIP: Keeping up water intake through the colder seasons will maintain your summer suppleness.
